A Breath of Spring   |   March 25, 2014

John and I went to the neighbors cow pasture to get manure for the garden. We took Carlie along and she was excited to see the cows and baby goats. The cows were more curious about her than she was about them. They all stood around her and stared. The little goats were very energetic and made Carlie Jane squeal with all their antics.

This baby goat was as interested in the crinkly leaves as Carlie Jane was.

They would have come nearer but seemed to be nervous about me.

Carlie was talking and talking to them.

Today John was working on scrubbing the outside of the house down.

Carlie Jane sneaked out with him to help.

 They got the house clean,

 Tasted the bubbles…

And soaked her dress. She would have climbed into the bucket if she could have.

So glad you enjoyed them. I think everyday how much you would enjoy Carlie Jane. She's a lot like Layla at this age. 😀
