Kayak Trip   |   August 27, 2015
Early one morning I saw the sunrise and thought it was beautiful how the sun was hitting the clouds and silhouetting the trees.

Saturday John planned a special kayak trip for us down the Juniper Creek.  John’s folks watched Donny for us because we weren’t sure he was quiet old enough to appreciate sitting for a few hours in a kayak.

In the late afternoon Carlie fell asleep in the Kayak with John and was so deep in sleep John got out of the Kayak without waking her.

Every night Carlie and Daddy read the Bible together to help teach her to hold still and listen.  They have been doing this since she was very little but I finally decided I should take some pictures.  Moments like this won’t last forever.
